1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Next Level Therapeutic Massage LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Next Level Therapeutic Massage LLC provides professional massage therapy services including but not limited to Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, medical massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage, pediatric myofascial release, and mobile massage services.

Our services are intended for relaxation, stress relief, and therapeutic purposes. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. When canceling, please include your name, contact information, and the service you are canceling.

No-Shows & Missed Appointments

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.

For mobile massage appointments, if your appointment is confirmed and the therapist arrives but cannot reach you or you do not answer, you will be charged the full price of the service.

Required Forms

All required intake and consent forms must be completed before or at the time of your appointment.

If forms are not completed, you will be asked to cancel or reschedule until they are finished.

If you choose not to complete the required forms and the therapist must cancel the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price.

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us respect our therapists' time and provide the best service possible.

4. Health Disclosure

Clients are required to complete a health intake form and disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect their massage treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in contraindications during treatment.

​All forms will be filled out before the session. We ask that the patient shows up 15 minutes early to fill out the forms or the therapist will arrive 15-20 minutes early for setting up and for patients to fill out forms.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Professional Conduct

All massage services are therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or comments will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. Liability

Next Level Therapeutic Massage LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of receiving massage therapy services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
